
At Merlin Hub, we are aware that urban mobility has an enormous impact on pollution, congestion, and resource consumption rates. It is also a factor that directly affects the happiness of users of our spaces. For this reason, mobility is one of the cornerstones on which we build our identity. All occupants of Merlin Hub buildings will have access to a mobility service that is flexible, comfortable, efficient, and low-cost to commute to and from their workplace.

Each of the centers has a specific plan to improve and promote more sustainable and efficient daily commuting. For this reason, we developed Work Commute Plans (PTT) for each of the centers to improve and promote more sustainable and efficient daily commuting, thus promoting the retrieval of the urban environment as a healthy and sustainable space.
MERLIN Properties will offer incentives to Merlin Hub users that choose to use alternative and sustainable transportation, thus limiting the use of private vehicles and collaborating with environmental goals and policies. Along these lines, we have created the Sustainability and Mobility Office (OSM), whose most significant measure has been, among others, to develop specific mobility plans, with all the management and coordination efforts that this entails. The main goal of each of these measures is to improve the efficiency of commuting from home to the workplace, as well as those commutes carried out throughout the working day, safely and progressively.
